MY LOVE
Adebola Adewale, the cherished only daughter of a wealthy Yoruba family, believes she has found the love of her life in Idahosa "ID" Osawaru, a humble and hardworking Benin man she met during their second year at the University of Benin. Despite coming from different backgrounds, their love flourishes through years of sacrifice, unwavering support, and shared dreams. After graduating, completing their National Youth Service, and becoming engaged, they are convinced that nothing can stand in the way of their happily ever after.
Their hopes are shattered when Adebola introduces ID to her parents in Abuja. Her father rejects the relationship outright—not because of ID's character, but simply because he is from a different tribe. Heartbroken and humiliated, Adebola finds herself caught between loyalty to the man she loves and obedience to the family that raised her. To make matters worse, when she desperately tries to reach ID after the painful encounter, his phone becomes unreachable, leaving her overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty.
As family expectations, cultural prejudice, and unforeseen challenges threaten to tear them apart, Adebola and ID must decide whether their love is strong enough to survive the trials ahead. MY LOVE is a touching romance that explores the power of true love, sacrifice, family traditions, and the courage it takes to fight for one's happiness in a world where prejudice still exists.
